Job Posting Terms
These terms apply when you post a job on TOLET. You accept them each time you submit a job post. They add to our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Who can post
Only post jobs for a business or household you own, run, or are authorised to hire for.
The phone number on the job must be yours or one you are allowed to use for hiring. Job seekers will call or message it.
What a job post must be
A real, open position with honest details: the work, location, salary or pay range, timings and who can apply.
Not allowed: fake or expired jobs, jobs that ask candidates to pay any fee, deposit or "registration charge", pyramid or chain schemes, adult or illegal work, and posts that discriminate unlawfully.
Photos must be your company logo or photos of your shop, office or workplace. Do not use personal photos, other people’s photos, or images you do not have the right to use.
Review and fee
Every job is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We may ask for changes, or reject a post that breaks these terms.
Posting a job is a paid listing. The fee is the amount shown in the app when you submit. There is no online payment: our team contacts you and collects it manually, and the job goes live after payment is confirmed.
The fee is for listing your job for its live period. It is non-refundable once the job is approved and live, including if you hide it early or fill the position. If we reject your post before it goes live, you are not charged.
While your job is live
You can edit a job only while it is waiting for review. After approval it cannot be edited, but you can still remove photos or hide the job.
A job stays live for the period shown in the app, then it is taken down. Hide it as soon as the position is filled.
Treat candidates fairly. Never ask them for money, original documents or personal favours. Pay any salary agreed with them.
Our role
TOLET only shows your job to people looking for work. We are not an employer, recruiter or agency, and we are not part of any agreement between you and a candidate.
We may hide or remove a job, or suspend an account, if we receive complaints or suspect fraud or abuse. Fees for removed jobs that broke these terms are not refunded.
