Parking Posting Terms

These terms apply when you post a parking spot on TOLET. You accept them each time you submit a parking board. They add to our Board Posting Terms, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Who can post

Only post a parking spot you own, rent with the right to sublet, or are authorised in writing by the owner to rent out. If the spot is in an apartment or gated community, you are responsible for following its rules and getting any permission it needs.

Do not post public roads, footpaths, common areas or any space you do not have the right to rent out. We may ask for proof (for example an electricity bill, tax receipt or authorisation letter) and reject or remove a post without it.

What a parking post must be

A real, available spot with honest details: the vehicle type it fits, covered or open, how many spots, timings, facilities and photos of the actual spot.

The hourly, daily, weekly or monthly rates you enter are your own prices. Keep them current and charge only what you show. Not allowed: fake spots, bait prices, and asking people to pay before they have seen the spot.

Review, fee and expiry

Every parking post is reviewed by our team before it goes live. Posting costs the board fee shown on the pricing page. There is no online payment: after approval our team contacts you and collects it manually, and the post goes live for the period shown once payment is confirmed.

When the period ends the post comes off the map until you renew it. Nothing is charged if we reject a post, and the fee is non-refundable once it is live. Any free period is given only by our team, at its discretion.

Bookings, payments and safety

People call or message you directly to book. Any booking, payment, deposit, key or access card, and any agreement about timings or rules is only between you and the person parking.

TOLET does not take or hold payments for parking and does not guarantee a booking. TOLET is not responsible for any vehicle, its contents, theft, damage, towing, fines or disputes between users. Owners and people parking are responsible for their own safety, insurance and local rules.

Our role

TOLET only shows your parking spot to people looking for one nearby. We are not a parking operator, agent or party to any booking.

We may hide or remove a post, or suspend an account, after complaints or when we suspect fraud, misuse or false information. Anyone can report a parking post that is fake or asks for money in advance.
