What TOLET costs and how it works, in one place. Browsing rentals, jobs and services, and contacting owners, employers or service providers, is always free. You only pay to post a rental board or a job, or to keep a service listed after its free period.

Posting a job

For employers who want to hire people near their workplace. Job seekers never pay, and you talk to applicants directly.

    Pick the job location on the map and add the role, pay, shift, contact and an optional apply link.

    We review it

    Our team checks the post. Genuine, clear posts are approved; anything misleading is rejected with a reason so you can fix and repost.

    Pay the one-time fee

    Once approved, our team contacts you to collect the fee. There is no online payment inside the app yet.

    It goes live

    Your job appears on the map for 30 days. You can pause it, mark the position filled, or make it live again anytime.

Stays live
30 days, then it expires. Relist anytime for another 30 days.
Refunds
Non-refundable once approved and published. Nothing is charged if a post is rejected.
No commission
A single fee per post. No subscription and no charge on hiring.

Listing your service

For plumbers, electricians, AC and appliance technicians, carpenters, painters, cleaners, pest control, packers and movers and more. Customers find you on the map and call you directly, with no commission on your work.

How it works

    Pick up to 5 services, add your area, how far you travel, your visit charge and starting price, up to 2 work photos and your ID proof.

    We verify you

    Our team checks your phone number and ID before you go live. Customers see a Verified badge on your listing.

    Free for 30 days

    Once approved, your listing is live and free for the first 30 days. We remind you 7 days and 1 day before the free period ends.

    Keep it visible

    To stay listed, tap Start payment on your service (or ask your contact). Our team calls you and collects ₹365, and your listing stays live for another 365 days.

Stays live
As long as your free period or yearly plan is active. It never expires on its own while paid.
Cancel anytime
Nothing is charged automatically. If you don't want to continue, just don't pay for the next year, or hide or delete your listing anytime.
Refunds
Non-refundable once active, including if you hide or delete it early. Nothing is charged if we reject it in review.

Rental boards

For owners renting out a room, flat, house, hostel, PG or commercial space. Renters call you directly and never pay. There is no brokerage, ever.

    Your board is on the map for 60 days. When it ends, request a renewal and pay again.

Stays live
60 days per payment, then it comes off the map until you renew. Hostels and PGs pay once and don't expire.
Refunds
Non-refundable once live. Nothing is charged if we reject it in review.
Free for renters
Searching and calling owners is always free.

Review, approval & refunds

Review. Job posts and boards are checked by our team before they go live, so what people see on the map is genuine. Clear, honest posts are approved quickly. If something is misleading or incomplete it is rejected with a reason, and you can fix it and submit again at no extra cost.

Paying for a job post. The ₹199 fee is collected by our team after your job is approved, there is no online payment in the app yet. Once approved and published, the fee is non-refundable. If your post is rejected in review, nothing is charged.

Paying for Services. Every approved service listing is free for the first 30 days. After that the plan is ₹365 for 365 days. There is no online payment: tap Start payment on your listing and our team calls you to collect it. Paying early adds the new period on top of the days you have left, so you never lose time.

Cancelling a service. Nothing is charged automatically. If you stop paying, your listing is hidden from customers when the period ends, it is not deleted, and paying again brings it straight back. Hiding your listing does not pause the period. You can delete it at any time. Payments are non-refundable once the listing is active.

Paying for a rental board. The ₹99 fee is collected by our team after your board is approved, and it goes live for 60 days once paid. Nothing is charged if a board is rejected, and the fee is non-refundable once the board is live.

Never pay a stranger. TOLET never asks you to pay to hold a rental, and a genuine employer never asks you to pay a deposit or fee to get a job. Report anything that looks off.

Getting started & how we reach you

  • Post a job: create it in the TOLET app. After we approve it, our team calls you on your registered number to arrange the one-time ₹199 payment and publish it.
  • List a service: create it in the TOLET app or on the website. After we verify you it is free for 30 days; when you tap Start payment, our team calls you on your registered number to collect ₹365 for the year.
  • Anything else: reach us through the Contact us page and we will get back to you.
