What TOLET costs and how it works, in one place. Browsing rentals and jobs, and contacting owners or employers, is always free. You only pay to post a job or to use hostel management.
Posting a job
For employers who want to hire people near their workplace. Job seekers never pay, and you talk to applicants directly.
How it works
- 1Post the job
Pick the job location on the map and add the role, pay, shift, contact and an optional apply link.
- 2We review it
Our team checks the post. Genuine, clear posts are approved; anything misleading is rejected with a reason so you can fix and repost.
- 3Pay the one-time fee
Once approved, our team contacts you to collect the fee. There is no online payment inside the app yet.
- 4It goes live
Your job appears on the map for 30 days. You can pause it, mark the position filled, or make it live again anytime.
Hostel management
A private rent ledger for hostel and PG owners: track rooms, residents and monthly collections, with a dedicated point of contact.
How it works

Open your hostel board in the app and request management. It goes to our team for a quick review.
- 2Get your point of contact
A TOLET team member is assigned to your hostel and starts a free trial month. Their direct number shows on your billing page.
- 3Track rent
Set up floors, rooms and residents, then see who has paid, what is due and monthly totals at a glance.
- 4Continue after the trial
If it is useful, continue on the monthly plan. Billing is arranged directly with your assigned contact.
Rental boards
Posting a room, house, hostel or commercial board is free. There is no brokerage, ever.
Review, approval & refunds
Review. Job posts and boards are checked by our team before they go live, so what people see on the map is genuine. Clear, honest posts are approved quickly. If something is misleading or incomplete it is rejected with a reason, and you can fix it and submit again at no extra cost.
Paying for a job post. The ₹499 fee is collected by our team after your job is approved, there is no online payment in the app yet. Once approved and published, the fee is non-refundable. If your post is rejected in review, nothing is charged.
Hostel management billing. Every hostel starts with a free trial month. After that it is billed monthly by your assigned contact. There is no lock-in, you can stop anytime, and you are only billed for months you choose to continue.
Never pay a stranger. TOLET never asks you to pay to hold a rental, and a genuine employer never asks you to pay a deposit or fee to get a job. Report anything that looks off.
Getting started & how we reach you
- Post a job: create it in the TOLET app. After we approve it, our team calls you on your registered number to arrange the one-time ₹499 payment and publish it.
- Hostel management: request it from your hostel board in the app. Your assigned team member's direct number appears on your hostel's billing page, so you always know exactly who to call.
- Anything else: reach us through the Support page and we will get back to you.
