How TOLET Works

Choose a city or locality, then browse boards on the map. Pins show board type and basic room information where available.

Tap a pin to see rent, deposit, visiting hours, board notes, availability, and owner contact actions.

Owners can tap an empty spot on the map and submit board details. Every board is reviewed by our team before it goes live.

Posting a board costs ₹99 for 60 days. There is no online payment: after approval our team calls you to collect it, and the board goes live once paid. When it ends, renew it the same way.

Field team posts are based on visible street boards and may be unclaimed until the owner verifies them.

Switch to jobs and the same map shows local job posts near you. Each pin shows the pay, shift and role, so you can see what fits before you reach out.

Filter by category, salary and shift, then apply online or call the employer directly. Searching and applying is always free, and a genuine employer never asks you to pay to get a job.

Employers pick the job location on the map and add the role, pay, shift, contact and an optional apply link. Posting a job is a paid listing, a one-time fee per post, with no subscription and no commission on hiring. The current fee is shown in the app and on the pricing page.

Our team reviews the post and confirms the fee. Once the fee is received the job goes live on the map for 30 days. Employers can pause it, mark the position filled, or make it live again anytime. Fees are non-refundable once a job is approved and published.

Choose Services in the filters (or Services on the website) to see verified providers near you: plumbers, electricians, AC and appliance repair, carpenters, painters, cleaning, pest control, packers and movers and more. Each listing shows the visit charge, the starting price, the work they do and the area they cover.

Every provider is checked by our team (phone number and ID) before they go live. Calling or messaging them is free, and you agree the price directly with them. Ask about the price and details before you share your address, and never pay in advance to someone you have not met.

Providers tap + and choose List your service: pick up to 5 services, set your area and how far you travel, your visit charge and starting price, add up to 2 photos of you or your work and your ID proof. Our team verifies you before your listing goes live.

Your first days after approval are free. After that a yearly plan keeps your listing visible; the current price and free days are on the pricing page. There is no online payment: tap Start payment and our team calls you to collect it. Nothing renews automatically, so to stop you simply do not renew, or hide or delete your listing. When a plan ends your listing is hidden, not deleted, and paying again brings it back.

Renters can report a board, mark it already rented, or say only some units are filled. Owners can renew or close their listings, and employers can update or close a job.
