How TOLET Works

Choose a city or locality, then browse boards on the map. Pins show board type and basic room information where available.

Tap a pin to see rent, deposit, visiting hours, board notes, availability, and owner contact actions.

Owners can tap an empty spot on the map and submit board details. Some owner-submitted boards may require review before calls are enabled.

Field team posts are based on visible street boards and may be unclaimed until the owner verifies them.

Switch to jobs and the same map shows local job posts near you. Each pin shows the pay, shift and role, so you can see what fits before you reach out.

Filter by category, salary and shift, then apply online or call the employer directly. Searching and applying is always free, and a genuine employer never asks you to pay to get a job.

Employers pick the job location on the map and add the role, pay, shift, contact and an optional apply link. Posting a job is a paid listing, a one-time fee per post, with no subscription and no commission on hiring. The current fee is shown in the app and on the pricing page.

Our team reviews the post and confirms the fee. Once the fee is received the job goes live on the map for 30 days. Employers can pause it, mark the position filled, or make it live again anytime. Fees are non-refundable once a job is approved and published.

Renters can report a board, mark it already rented, or say only some units are filled. Owners can renew or close their listings, and employers can update or close a job.
