About TOLET

To connect people directly with the homes and work around them, honestly and without middlemen.

In most Indian towns and cities, rentals still move through TO-LET boards on gates and walls, phone calls and word of mouth. Online, the same search is buried under brokers, lead forms and fake listings. We put what is actually available on a map, with the owner's own number, so finding a place or a job is simple, fair and free.

To be the most trusted local map in every Indian city and town: every real TO-LET board, every genuine local job, all in one place and always fresh.

We want renters and job seekers to never pay a broker, and owners and employers to reach the right people in their exact area for a small, fair fee.

Rooms, 1 RK, 1, 2 and 3 BHK flats, independent houses and apartments, boys, girls and co-living hostels and PGs, and commercial spaces like shops, offices and godowns.

Each board shows the rent, deposit, photos, visiting hours and the owner's number. Filter by budget, room type, food, WiFi, parking and more, get directions, save boards and call or WhatsApp the owner directly. Searching and calling is always free.

Delivery and driving, shop and retail staff, cooks, security guards, housekeeping, sales, telecallers, office and healthcare roles, pinned to where the work is.

Each job shows the pay, shift and role. Apply online or call the employer. Job seekers never pay, and a genuine employer never asks for money to give a job.

Post a rental board or a job from the app or the website in a few minutes: drop a pin, add the details and photos, and submit. Our team reviews it, collects a small fee by phone (no online payment), and it goes live on the map.

Manage everything from My boards: see views and calls, pause calls, mark a board rented or a job filled, edit details and renew when it ends.

Every post is reviewed by our team before it goes live, and owners may be asked for proof. Our field team also maps real TO-LET boards from the street.

Anyone can report a board or job that is fake, already taken or asks for money, and we act on every report. Listings that are not renewed come off the map, so what you see is current.
