Before you post
What people see when you post a board
A TOLET board is public. Renters find it on the map and contact you directly, so some of the details you enter are shown to everyone.
What is shown publicly
The board location as a pin on the map, along with the address and locality you enter.
Your phone number, so renters can call or message you directly. There is no broker in between.
The board details you add: rent, deposit, type, photos, visiting hours and notes.
What stays private
Your account and login details are never shown on the board.
You can take a board down any time from your profile, and renters can report a board that is no longer available.
Your responsibility and consent
Only post a property you own or are authorised to rent out, with accurate details.
By posting, you agree that the location, address and phone number you enter can be shown publicly on TOLET so renters can reach you.
Do not post anyone else’s phone number or details without their permission.
