If the tool is useful, your assigned contact helps you continue on a simple monthly plan. Billing is handled with them directly.

How much does it cost?
Every hostel starts with a free trial month. After that it is ₹499 per month per hostel, a launch price locked in for life for early hostels. A per-bed option (₹5 per occupied bed each month) is also available. There is no online payment yet, so your assigned contact sets it up before anything is charged.
How do I pay?
For now, billing is arranged with your assigned team member directly, there is no online payment yet. Their number is on your hostel billing page in the app.
Who do I contact for help?
Each managed hostel has one assigned TOLET team member. Their direct number appears on your billing page. For anything else, use the general support page.
Is my resident and rent data private?
Yes. Your ledger is never shown on the public map or to renters. It is visible only to you and the team member assigned to your hostel.
